Marco Rubio Reveals Broward and Palm Beach Counties’ Strategy to Steal the Election

Broward County and Palm Beach County are deliberately delaying their recount efforts in order to pass the election over to lawyers and judges, says Senator Marco Rubio.

The Florida Secretary of State officially ordered a recount over the weekend and as expected, Broward and Palm Beach Counties won’t make the Thursday recount deadline.

The corrupt elections officials in Palm Beach County said Sunday evening that they will not be able to finish their recount by the Thursday deadline.

By Tuesday morning it was reported that Broward County hadn’t even started its recount yet!

Miami-Dade County was already halfway through its recount of over 800,000 votes by noon Monday, however; Broward County hasn’t started yet, according to the Miami Herald.

But there is a method to this madness, says Rubio.

The reason why Snipes and Bucher are delaying the recount is so they can get a judge to order domestic vote by mail received after 7 PM election day counted.

This is a violation of state law, but apparently laws don’t apply to Democrats.

“Broward County and Palm Beach County are headed towards being the only counties to not make the deadline for machine recount,” Rubio said.

“Potentially deliberate effort to delay final count hoping a judge will order domestic vote by mail received after 7pm Election Day counted, in violation of state law,” Rubio added in a tweet posted Tuesday afternoon.

“Incompetent law breaking election officials lead to chance for lawyers to steal an election. Dem lawyers aren’t here to make sure every vote is counted. They’re here to get as many votes for their client as possible counted & get as many votes for opponent as possible thrown out,” Rubio said.

Democrat lawyers, including swamp dweller Marc Elias of Perkins Coie descended on Florida last week to steal the Senate and Governor elections from Republicans.

Hillary Clinton even staked her claim in Florida by helping with fundraising efforts to pay for lawyers and activists fighting for the corrupt Democrat Senator Bill Nelson.

    Where is the GOP??

This whole undervote stuff is complete bullshit, OF COURSE there's a lot of voters who don't mark or mark both candidates in a race on an otherwise well-voted ballot because they just don't like either of the choices in that race. The ballots really need to have a NONE OF THE ABOVE option but the politicians would never agree to that as that option would end up winning too many races.

BREAKING: Judge Orders Recount in Palm Beach County Extended to Nov. 20th – FIVE DAYS After Initial Deadline

    We knew this was coming.

On Tuesday afternoon, a judge ordered the recount in Palm Beach County to be extended to November 20th.

This is five days after the initial Thursday deadline.

    The Hill reported:

A Leon County circuit judge ruled Tuesday that the recount of midterm votes in Palm Beach County, Fla., will be extended to Nov. 20, five days after the initial deadline.

The order will extend recounts for a U.S. Senate race between incumbent Sen. Bill Nelson (D) and Gov. Rick Scott (R), as well as the gubernatorial race between former Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) and Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum (D).

Broward County and Palm Beach County are deliberately delaying their recount efforts in order to pass the election over to lawyers and judges, Senator Marco Rubio said Tuesday morning.

    Sub-fucking-verted.

    The Titanic has sunk.

    The lifeboats have left.

    It's all over now.

Except for freezing to death in the water.

Wayne County Commissioner Introduces Ammunition Control

Detroit, Michigan-(Ammoland.com)- Wayne County commissioner Reggie Davis decided that since he can't ban guns due to the Second Amendment, he would go after ammunition sales.

Davis is proposing new rules for the purchase of ammunition in Wayne County.

Wayne County is the most populous county in Michigan. It is home to 1.7 million people and includes the city of Detroit. The county encompasses a total area of 673 square miles.

Davis's “bullet bill” ordinance would require law enforcement approval before a buyer could purchase ammunition. The buyer would also have to go through a mental screening to qualify to buy ammo. The buyer would need to repeat these steps for each new ammunition purchase. The purchaser would be forced to cover the cost of the screening.

Gun shows would be exempt, but the buyer would still have to produce a non-expired certificate from a mental health screening stating that they are eligible to purchase ammunition.

“We’re up against some state and federal laws. Even if it takes me going to lobby in D.C., and I expect it will, we need to make these changes,” Davis told the Detroit Free Press.

Not only will Davis's “bullet bill” increase the cost and time that it would take a consumer to buy ammunition by forcing them to go through a mental background check, but the bill would also put a new tax on all ammo sold to customers.

According to Davis, the money collected via the tax would go to teach students “about the second amendment, about how to use a gun safely and about gun violence.”

Davis does not believe his legislation be to unconstitutional. Although he does expect resistance from pro-gun groups like the NRA, he considers his proposal as a common-sense reform. He also states that he is a believer in the Second Amendment and has respect for groups such as the NRA.

Davis hopes to work with the NRA to find a compromise that would be agreeable to all parties. So far, the NRA does not have a public stance on the “bullet bill.” This lack of a stance is most likely due to the newness of the proposed legislation.

Davis was a gun owner who claimed to own Glocks, sawed-off shotguns, and sniper rifles. An assailant shot and killed Davis's brother. This experience set Davis off on his crusade for gun reform. Davis no long owns any firearms.

Others do not share Davis's opinion that this move is constitutional and sees other motives for the ordinance including continued racism by the Democratic party.
