    Thumbs up New to me 2003 GP1300R project

    First, I want to start of by saying Im new to the forum and cant wait to start modding my ski with the help of the people on this site! With that said, I picked this ski up last week with a blown engine. So for now I would like to get a new engine then mod from there. Just not sure what route to go since my block is trashed! The only mod that was done when i bought it was a D-plate and chip.

    here is a picture of what I'll be working with. the trailer i picked up on Craigslist for $400!!

    Nice looking ski and you got a great deal on the trailer. I would rather fix mechanical things on something that looks nice, than have to fix the appearance too! Good Luck!!!

    if your crank is good you should be able to get a new set of cases. do some reading, my build thread has alot of rebuild stuff in it, as do many others on here.

    no my crank bent in half and went through the block and messed up the seal for the cylinders.
