Thanks to all the great advice:

Stayed at Temple Bar Marina, week before memorial day weekend.

Only saw boats out on the lake 2x the week I was there.

WIND OMG, area where the wind is marked on the Lake Mead map take HEED, they are not kidding. Wind blowing my FZR around like a floating tumbleweed and if you have never seen tumbleweeds on the water than you have not been to Lake Mead.

Water was ICE cold, but air temp was HOT so it was nice.

There's a few people gathering at the launch (just left the berm from the fishing pier as you're headed down) at Hemenway on Wednesdays. I think this is part of the crew who used to throws buoys out at Gvmt Wash., but I guess it's no good there anymore.

Anyway if you're close to Hemenway, Wednesdays are good days to come down.

Counted a total of 10 boats at sunset yesterday (Wednesday) at the Hemenway PWC launch, save for about an hour of 2-3 foot waves while a storm came through (which was actually a lot of fun!), conditions were awesome all day long.

Water still isn't too bad at all temp wise..
