    SLX 1200 hull number and engine number

    Hi all.

    I'm trying to find the PL HIN To register for Data-tag. there's a number on the back of the Ski on a plate. but its 14 digits long and has no pl before. Is there any other place the HIN can be? were can i also find t5he engine number.

    I've never looked for it on my SLX, but I know on the SL/SLT it is at front, inside the hull around the gas tank area.
    For the engine, there is a label at front on the exhaust side. You should be able to see it easily, see pic attached.

    Thanks man! im not sure what the 14 digit plaque on the back is for... would it be under the fuel tank??

    The aluminum plaque on the back is the hull ID number. All the skis I've owned have had one on the back (outside) and one epoxied somewhere up in the bow (inside). Both identical numbers. On the domestic skis, the engine number is on the MAG housing.
