I see this is an old post, but my SLT had a broken gas cap, so I found a used SeaDoo GTX complete neck/cap/seals on ebay for $20, and did a conversion with it. Only took an hour, 45 minutes of that was opening up the hole in the fiberglass with a air grinder (only took 1/4 inch off).
Looks great, seals great, and ratchets close.

Are you saying the Sea-Doo Rev gas cap directly fits the Polaris filler neck threads?

Yes, the SKI-DOO snowmobile (REV series) gas cap screws right onto my 95 sl 650 and the 750. No modifications needed. Looks good too!

    Good to know.

Post up a couple of photos, and we can link to this as a replacement part resource.

From what model years of Rev snowmobile?

Mine is an `04 600 HO. Others may fit, but I`m not sure, I just needed a cap on sunday, and gave it a try. Will post a photo later today.

    Cap Photo`s

This is the cap. I Know that it seals too because I heard pressure being released as I removed it to take the photo of the back. the picture of the purple one is to reference which cap it will replace. The Ski Doo part# is 513033025 and lists for $20.95. The best part about it is I noticed it said Made in USA on the back!! You can keep it Real.
