    Read the whole tread... interesting issue you got going on here but let me give you some heads up here... To me it seems you have a GIO issue here. First you need to step up that Rude 1 with 48 lb injectors, second... your just using a rrfpr for fuel adjustment and dont have a way of checking and adjusting your afrs which btw require at least to be tuned twice a year (a least here in florida). Even when you receive the afr gauge and set it up... you will not have any way of adjusting the mid range and wot afr settings. Youre either going to have to invest on a Begi to be able to dial in the mid and wot range or invest on a fuel controller. Get your afrs done and done right. Theres a lot more into tuning than just slapping a new set of plugs and setting the base pressure on the rrfpr.

    Hes running rich he does not need 48s imo.

    48's? Nope. Decrease the fp and stay with the 42's. Still rich by look of the plugs.

    If he retards his cam timming he will increase rpms and lean it out at same time I would get a afr gauge on there first then retard timming adjust fuel

    Actually When I was in Highschool I got put in the wrong classroom It was a portable behind the school boy did I feel out of Place

    I just got done installing a new walbro fuel pump, spark plugs, oil and filter, wear ring, and my innovate mtx-l wideband. We will see what happens and I will post up the results and see if I can get it dialed in and the GIO problem solved.

    Little late on the subject.... but retarding the cam timing will actually make the engine run rich.....not lean it out.
