    we are so post to get a lite snow in the mountains up here soon. Krazy Koika why did you wait so long to come over? June, July, August would have been better. Good luck with some nice weather down there.

    2 reasons:
    1, Work commitments
    2, Our equivalent to your superbowl (AFL Grand Final) was on this weekend just went and my team (some that I know personally), were in it. And we won !!!!!!!!!

    I'll be right, I go out down under in freezing winter conditions without hesitation.

    But the weekend is fining up after Wednesday's cold snap

    Oddly...saturday morning, about 6a.m. i was crusing by the spot where i usualy take the turn-off to head to the lake - on my way to Idaho.
    woulda been great to be there, but sometimes life gets in the way. My friend passsed from ALS mon. morn.

    Hope it was a great ride, theres alot of neat stuff to see on the lake.

    Just a quick reply for now;

    I launched in the morning and headed to Hoover Dam by myself.
    As I was leaving I saw two skis with Jerry Cans attached. We started chatting and as turns out, they are members here and were planning a random Adventure ride as well. So Mark, Andy and myself (Nick) headed through the narrows and out towards the Canyon.
    Overall we did a 225km ride through some breath taking scenery. We took heaps of pics and I'll post some up when I get back home. at the moment I'm in The Bahamas using an IPad so it's too hard to do from here.

    This ride was truly one of the best rides I had ever done and I want to thank Mark and Andy for sharing this adventure.

    pics will come.........

    Heres a pic taken by Andy:

    This is the VXR I hired from Skiwi in Las Vegas, which to my suprise done ok in all conditions (Rough, bumpy, choppy and flat) - Maybe struggled in the rough bumpy chop a bit in my opinion though - but I kept up the best I could
