Bamafanatic, while that sucks for you in the short term, it's actually a good thing. The old clutch is crap, and if they put it on your ski, you would be in the same predicament in the very near future. Hopefully, this updated clutch assemply will reduce the failure rate. Sorry for your problems though (I've been in your position 3 times now).

I think the dealer was referring to the "old" clutch kit that had been replaced with the newer ceramic one. I wasn't notified of any BO on the kit, Jerry, they said it was shipped to me yesterday,,,guess we will see !!

The one that crapped out had the ceremic disc because they came apart and trashed the oil pumps and cases. Richard, let me know if you get the clutch kit...Thanks

Bama did it disentegrate the clutches?
Maybe I can help. Don't forget to remind your servicer to pull front cover if it did.
also a really good time to upgrade to racing clutch if you don't mind paying for it. The dealer help could credit the stock price toward it if they were nice. Might cost you $150-$200.
Send me a pm if you need help.

Okay good deal Richard. I wasn't aware of any new and improved clutch either.
