I was hoping it wasn't as tight as the RIVA's. Oh well... Thanks Jerry.

It is probably tighter than yours. It doesn't look like the cowling comes off.

That would be an option if the yammi motor was built as well as that little 3 cylinder. Yammi motor in stock form (internal) is a turd IMO. Capable of making alot of power but cant handle the beating without sinking a ton of $$$. Not to mention that when they blow and they doo blow. It costs a fortune to rebuild. Man when they blow they really blow. I agree though. 78 is the new 60 and f@&k the coast gaurd. LOL

Both engines need work in stock form. But if you take both engines do the same mods to both.Super charger, intercooler. Good timming and fuel. The yamaha will make more power than the Seadoo.

Don,t get me wrong!! I still love the seadoo. But if I am looking for big power I choose yamaha.

Sea doo had their chance to bring out the big gun but dropped the ball on that AGAIN! I think a 4 cylinder 4tec would be a much better platform than the yammi but that's just a guess assuming they would add another cylinder on the same platform. Will probably never happen.

Nils I have to repectfully disagree, the average Joe that Riva or most all of you guys make money on Loves the basic bolt on crap/Stuff. NOT but 1 guy in my neck of the woods had EMS/ Motec... Hell one of the biggist customer you guys had only had a Riva ecu. IMO a Re/flash and a lot of love is gonna be awesome.

BUt I agree I want a bigger motor.
