Things you forget!!
I went to put the head on and couldn't get the 1/2 inch ARP studs down the holes in the head. Because this is a replacement head, I had completely overlooked that I had drilled the original heads holes went it first went together about 100 years ago. Wasn't going to get a machine shop to do it so I bought a 13mm bit and did it myself with my trusty Makita

1/2 inch ARP head studs require bigger holes!!
Came out alright. Done with a 18v handheld drill holding the head on the floor on a couple of pieces of scrap wood between my feet. I don't recommend it

Once I found the one plug not clipped together completely...... she fired right up.

Very first push of the start button.........after I chased a plug that was not quite pushed together completely. Man that felt good to hear that Turbo wine again.
