Been waiting for some bits and pieces to be machined up for the turbo piping and exhaust. Wanted it bullet proof. Had a few issues with cracking welds and the like on the first boat. Also wanted the whole exhaust to come apart for ease of install and service. You can see in the pics the flanges that will have the outer water jacketing welded to and we don't have the waste gate pipework done yet.

    Bit more Turbo porn!

All the flanges were custom designed by me and machined in house by Hickman Engineering here in Auckland, New Zealand. Not cheap, but you gotta love the finish. And they are solid. Still looking at supporting the whole assembly off the engine somehow.

It certainly is!! The beast!! Looking to run a brace from the turbo flange back down to the mag cover, bolting up to the SCer bolt holes. Its real solid though even now.

Just going to run the Riva ECU we had reflashed upto 9200. Need to get that power commander back off you.

Thanks Jase, the new Power Commander V is out, but when we can use what we already have it just saves money. And Man! do I need to start saving money. LOL. Here is a picture of what I will be running for pressure relief to start with. 1, 2 or 3. Can remove if not needed and just cap off outlet. 1 for 90. 2 for 100. 3 for ...?

They are just brass well check valves. You can get them from Bunnings. $30.

    Hey Jase

The Power Commander should still be attached to the top loom. If you can send the whole lot back to Kev, that would be awesome. Kev reckons hes paid ya for the lot. If you send me a PM I can sort you out with the frieght. I can credit your paypal account or something. We'll sort it out.

    Cheers
