Cheers boys. Not trying to cut any corners. So it might take longer than some conversions. Want a genuinely fast (100+mph) and reliable boat.

    Keep ya posted.

Something else finished. Not sure where to put it at the mo. Certainly no engine to fix it to. Billet mounting flange perfectly matched to the inlet ports. Going to run a bakerlite plate between the head and manifold in an attempt to keep heat transfer down. Map sensor mounts underneath with boost reference line all coming out the front next to the MAT sensor.

ID:	246052Couldn't help myself. Had to see what it would look like. Next step is to put the driveshaft alignment tool up it and get the motor lined up with the Seadoo Pump and then mark the centre line on the midwall and drill it out for the bearing carrier. Then I can fab up the intermediate shaft. Going to get a tube spun up to come off the back of the mid wall to provide a join for the rubber hose to the thru hull. The main driveshaft will be Yamaha front, SD rear. Just might go for straight spines both ends because of the solid mounted SD pump, just like the OE Yammy setup.

Some pics of driveshaft alignment tool in hull. One pic is with the midwall and bearing mounted and then one with the midwall simply unbolted and moved aside. Alignment tool then just slides forward into engine. Gotta get the measurement now for the intermediate shaft and get the donor shaft cut down and threaded.
