Having problems with 2 1994 SL 750's
Ski #1 Is not getting fuel at all, rebuilt fuel pump and replaced all fuel lines.and vaccum lines. Drop fuel in carbs fires right up. Has all ocean pro upgrades.
Ski #2 Is not getting spark, Replaced CDI box .almost new Stock motor.

#1 Did you replace the fuel lines inside the gas tank?
Did you replace the petcock?
Was the autocock removed per Polaris bulletin?
Did you install the fuel pump hoses correctly?
#2 Is the lanyard installed?
Have you ohm tested the stator?
Did you bypass the kill switch?
Is the battery in good working order?
How many volts are at the battery WHEN CRANKING?

ON # 1 Can get fuel by working pump with mouth.
on #2 lanyard on
have not done ohm test
How do i bypass switch?
Brand new batterys.

#1 What do you mean working pump with mouth????
#2 Open elec box and remove the black with yellow stripe wire coming from the kill switch from the circuit board. If the ski starts, you will have to choke the engine until it stalls out to shut it down.
Just because the battery is new, doesn't mean it's fully charged. Double check it's voltage when cranking.

#1 I can work fuel fuel thru pump manualy ,then hook up to engine no fuel moves.
#2 can i change out stator with one out of a 95 650??

#1 I need more info from you about this. What do you mean work fuel pump manually???
The fuel pump works by many + and - pressure "pulses". How are you manually simulating this?????
Check your pulse hose for any liquid inside (shouldn't be any) and make sure your pulse fitting is clear.
Also what's your compression on the PTO cyl? (rear)
No or low compression will give low or no fuel pressure.
also double check your fuel hose routing.
Where is your fuel pump mounted?
Pics will help greatly.
#2 Did your stator ohm readings fail?
No, a 650 stator won't work for a 750. 650 uses analog signal while 750 uses digital. (it will work, but will fail eventually. At least mine did)

#1 Sorry..... I can manualy +/- with a suring and get it to work with pulse line , and when i hook bback up to engine no pressure. i did have a very small amount of liquid looked milky come out of port hole on rear cyl. Line is new.
