Non-running 2000 Polaris Virage TX ( Houston, TX )
My 2000 Virage TX has provided us with years of good service.
Last summer it was starting to show signs of needing the carbs
to be rebuilt. A new problem developed -- no spark -- while I
was tinkering with them on the trailer. No idea what's wrong.
The carbs, reeds, etc have been pulled in my attempt to start
the rebuild process. Due to lack of time and interest, I'm going
to see if there's any interest in it as a project or parts boat.
Bad: carbs need rebuilt, no spark
Good: everything else
Very minor wear and tear; remember it's 11 years old. But it's
been kept garaged almost all of it's life, so it's in decent shape.
Comes with a galvanized trailer which include new wheels/tires.
I bought some replacement fuel line and an oil block off kit that
I was going to install with the rebuild. Obviously it's included.
The Virage TX has bypassed PLANET system for ease of battery
access (and it really didn't make much of a noise difference). It
also has an aftermarket waterbox and rideplate. Otherwise, the
rest of the boat is factory stock.
I'm not sure what to ask. $800 obo? I'm located SE of Houston.
If there's any interest, I can get some updated pictures to post.

Here are some photos taken earlier today...

The boat is dirty from sitting; it'd shine with a quick hose down.
