Dana Point to Catalina & back.....
Just thought I'd leave a hint as to who won...
Kawi 1, 2, 3. Only reason a SeaDoo showed (4th) was Steve Freibe. He is an incredible rider as conditions were not SeaDoo friendly.

Congratulations Craig Warner of Monster Kawasaki racing the Kawasaki ULTRA Platform for the overall win of the first round of The Triple Crown!
Your top ten finishers are…
Craig Warner Kawasaki ULTRA
Mark Gerner Kawasaki ULTRA 300X
Eric Hardin Kawasaki ULTRA 300X
Steve Friebe SeaDoo RXTX
Andrew Meyers Kawasaki ULTRA 300X
Jack Chang Kawasaki ULTRA 300X
Russell Libby Kawasaki ULTRA 260X
Jared Hardin Kawasaki ULTRA 300X
Mark Manke Kawasaki ULTRA 260X
K.C. Heidler Kawasaki ULTRA 300X
ALL racers who completed this race deserve a round of applause; the conditions were such that resulted in anything but a throttle run across the channel and back. Hats off to all that had the intestinal fortitude to stay with it, stay on the throttle and cross the line! Well done!

Only having ridden one ultra and right away it felt Kawi, I now understand why these things rule the chop, today I took out my 08 rxtx for the first time, lucky to have 1 foot chop and found the thing hopeless, sort of a left to right topple feel, not very predictable at high speed, to be honest my 02 gtxdi felt better, cant wait for my ultra3 to get here

Steve is an amazing rider. Had it of been a bit flatter, he would have pushed some Ultra's to the right of him. Great job Steve!
Congrats to Craig, he's is also very talented riding that Ultra. He's a bulldog for sure. It was a trip seeing half the field on a Green Ultra.
