I have a 94 xp with k&N flame arrestors and west coast head on it. Engine is freshly rebuilt, along with carbs and all fuel lines. I need some advice about the carb setup. It has twin 38's on it with 135 ( 1 over stock) for high jets and 80 (one over stock) for low jets, pop off sping is stock. The engine idles fine, but if you open the throttle WOT it just bogs arroud 2k rpm and never clears up. I can slowly accelerate, but it still hard to get to 4k, after that its like a rocket. If I choke it a little it goes, so it has to be lean on the bottom. What would be my next adjustment, lower pop off spring? even bigger low speed jet? Any help would be awsome, thanks.
