hi. First time poster here. I would like to remove my supercharger from my 2015 glastron GTS 207 rotax Sc and send to you for a rebuild. I’m ok handywise but not great. I’ve changed the oil
and removed jet pump once. I’ve searched YouTube but no luck, do you have a link with pictures or anything showing how to remove this supercharger from my boat? My engine hatch barely opens and the engine bay is deep I can’t even really reach down in there. Am i am supposed to unscrew and remove the engine bay hinges on outside of boat to open the engine hatch way more ?

you are going to need decent access to the engine in order to remove the charger. Removing the hatch is likely going to be needed. Post some pics so some actual advice can be given on how to proceed. The bolts are difficult to get out as it is on some pwc's as you cannot see them without a mirror or camera. After doing this for years I can now get them out by feel
a deep engine install is going to make this pretty painful
mark the of the hinge outlines with painters tape before you start.
Don't ask me where that advice comes from

Jerry, do you do upgrades when rebuilding the 300 superchargers, if requested? if so, what is typical and what would we need with engine mods to keep up and keep the machine running well? I figure when my time comes I should have a plan in place.

Are there any upgrades for 185hp chargers , is it worth it ?

The 300 superchargers are not considered rebuildable, Sea Doo deems them "maintenance free" and therefore offers no repair/rebuild parts for them.
You can install this upgrade https://www.4-tecperformance.com/ind...oducts_id=4621
To run the supercharger upgrade you will need to use these fuel injectors
https://www.4-tecperformance.com/ind...oducts_id=2156
and the MaptunerX tuning for that supercharger upgrade and those injectors

Yes, you would use this upgrade

and these fuel injectors

It's absolutely worth it. It makes a big difference over the stock 185 supercharger
