Could you live on this from April to Nov?
1992 SeaRay 370 Express - Mint Condition NO RESERVE!! - eBay (item 230584609383 end time Mar-03-11 19:53:13 PST)
I can score the identical boat and found a good deal on a slip. I would just live on it if i went for it.
Its got heat and ac.

You could live on anything if you could deal. I remember seeing a guy living on a house boat for years near the Portland bridge and couldn't have been any bigger prolly smaller then that. If he had heat or anything it was ran on a generator.
