Whooops... only getting 116 compression!?
Shouldn't it be 125 for the RXP/RXT engines? I wonder what could be wrong?

If they are identical then it's probably your measuring tool/procedure.
How many hours?

Phil, are you getting an even 116 reading on all cylanders, or is just one cylander reading low?

If its 116psi on all 3 cylinders, maybe you have a small crack in the head gasket-any oil or discolor to the engine coolant? If its just 116 on just 1 cylinder, maybe a bad ring, bent valve? But since its not really low, it shouldnt have anything to do with the head...

I'm getting 118, 118 and 116. Also getting 110 in lb. on the SC clutch. Also only getting 7,800 rpms.
I am noticing that the exhaust hose is very soft! I remember that my Kawai's hose used to go limp.. but that was because the inner liner failed. This of course caused a major loss in power. I am not sure if the Sea Doo hose does the same thing?
We will do a leak down test today and report the findings.

With even readings across the board im sure its just your gauge that is reading low.
I would definately get rid of the exhaust hose and go with a power pipe. I saw 150 rpm increase with the power pipe.
