    Hood hinge brackets bent? (resolution)

    After some brainstorming on how to fix this issue without re-engineering the damn thing we came up with this. It has been a month now and no signs of it bending. If you have the same problem I recommend taking the bracket to a machine shop and have them weld a thick piece of metal to fix the issue. Hope this helps.

    +1. I dont have pics of mine but I welded a plate on the whole back side of it and a fender washer on the round part to stiffen it. Working good so far.
