I am not sure if this is covered but I know I had a hard time getting the water box strap back on.

Something that may help is taking a flat head screw driver and cutting a notch in the tip of it with a file. It helped me ALOT to get the strap pushed down into place

    Saving my behind!!

Just want to say that the site is fantastic and thanks for providing all the information that you do. I have a 05 RXP that the charger just went south. As soon as it let go, we limped it back to dock (1,000 yards) and parked it. Took it into the ole Seadoo shop, the guy said that we would have to replace the supercharger, and that they would have to pull the engine to do it. They wanted 3500.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm reading the site and seeing that it probably will only need a washer kit and maybe at worst a impeller. And better yet, I found one of your customers has provided a step by step procedure to remove the charger from the ski. THIS IS GREAT!!!
Thanks alot and keep up the great work!!

Make sure you read this thread... you'll probably also have to replace your oil pumps and clean the old washers out... pulling the motor is usually the easiest way...

Link inside document does not work

There is a link in the word doc that points to:

    http://69.28.79.48/Instructions/rs1750_hdw_946.pdf

But the address is no longer valid. Would it be possible to post an update to these documents or attach them to the posts.

    Thanks
