you will be fine if you are only one one or two off the block...any more and it is pushing it.

    do this then

use the info from the green hulk build The instructions don't call to remove the intake manifold from the ski but i choose to remove mine so that i could do some drilling and tapping.

On each end of the manifold are two bosses that a wire "tie off" connects to. These bosses are ideal to drill and tap for 1/8 NPT threads. I drilled the one in the front to accept a boost gauge sending unit and drilled the one in the back for future use. Perhaps for a blow off valve for a turbo
For now i just installed a 1/8 NPT allen head plug to block it off.

I don't have the boost gauge installed yet but that's coming soon.

Here's some pics of how i did it.

Drill it with a 23/64 drill bit

    Use a 1/8 NPT tap

Digital boost gauge sending unit installed

Drilled and tapped and plugged off the rear boss for future use

I use a Riva HKS on mine. I got my dealer to fit it as I'm too busy at work to muck around with my ski. It turns heads....lol

Thus why there is only 2 ports!! Like RUSH has mentioned. Anything more than that is a generally bad idea. It will degrade the MAP signal big time. At this juncture in my mods Im not yanking my manifold off dont want to. For $50 bucks, I like the R&D billet piece.

This might be a dumb question so bare with me...if I already have the front boss on the intake manifold tapped with a boost gauge connected to it and I'm planning on running an IC and BOV as soon as I get the funds; am I gonna havta pull the manifold again to drill and tap the rear boss, or would the multi port adapter work in this case?

I don't think you could even use the front boss at all when the IC is installed. It has to be cut off. So I think you'd have to use the R&D adapter. That is if you want to use a BOV and boost gauge. Riva IC guys chime on in here!
