Cut the beeper off (or find out which wires go to it from the computer) and wire an LED from the wires that went to it to somewhere on your dash. Radio shack sells 12 volt LEDs or you could just use resistors to get it down to the usual 3 or 5 volts.
I was going to do that but I decided that I might not be able to see it all the time. Plus I just paid a hell of a lot of money for it and I dont want to screw anything up.
