Ceramic washers in a 2008 RXTX?
Here's the story me and my buddie were on the lake suddenly his x lost power and speed long story short he takes it to dealer 3 weeks later they tell him his ceramic washers went moter is apart and being redone.I read on here that the 08 were now using steel washers thats part of the reason I BOUGHT AN 08 RXT so what's correct?

Just because it is metal doesnt mean that is not going to break...
....I remember when I had my b-KIT one day at the lake I was riding the ski like I stole it, I heard a noise coming from the inside of the engine bay so I stop and pulled the ski out of the water. Pulled the s/c just to inspect it and found both clutch metal washers cracked in half....

I had the stock metal washers fail on me at 75 hours.
