Which plate is better for chop stock or Riva I heard that the stock was better for chop for the sho? what about the fz

the stock plate works good but riva hasent released a plate for the fz yet but the R&D plates are now available and they look real good.nobody hasnt tried it yet though.

Ive heard the FZR R&D plate is only marginally faster than the stocker-Knock the shims off the stock plate and that makes the stock plate as fast as the r&d. It is a bit longer tho, so should prove slightly better in the rough stuff.

the r&d is suppose to be greatly improved for the rough stuff and give better stability over the stock plate , the stock plate is ok in very mild chop imo, i dont think the r&d plate is really set up for a speed plate for that you will need to send it to Jims however R&D is boasting a +3
