    exactly what I did. I can still remember the first location of the first turn-around boat background. It look like Pamela Anderson laying down on a cold winter day on the beach 2 mountains next 2 each other, pointed upwards, you can't miss it The hardest to remember is the turn were Nick Vanic crashed. Hard to see from a distance until you get a little closer and compensate for being off course.

    I always thought it was optional, but found out different today. Registration is going on now at Walt's.
    Tech begins at 3pm.
    This one I don't get I am glad that they make it mandatory for both race rider to do the parade lap together, but why would they made it mandatory for both race rider if all they need is the 1 ski that where the transponder is hooked up too. Unless I read this wrong and all they want was to make sure the ski that they are racing "MUST" do the parade Lap to make sure the transponders are working and it doesen't need both riders to be on the ski? GOOD LUCK TO ALL !

    Only one rider needs to do the parade lap.

    Unofficial results;
    The race is finished, in record time. The rain stayed away, and the winds were not that bad. It was cloudy for most of the day, but here are the results;
    1. Craig Warner/Victor Sheldon-Kawasaki
    2. Mike Follmer/Tony Beck-Yamaha
    3. Pat Roque/Lee Pham-Seadoo

    I think first place Ironman for runabout went to Joel Thayer, but I'm not 100% sure.

    1. Ironman Standup-?? Sorry, didn't get the guys name.

    1. Ironwoman Standup; Karen Mann!!!!

    Wish I could give you all the results, but just after the race finished, it started pouring rain, so I left. I'm sure someone will be along to post the rest of the results.

    I will be posting up the pictures in a couple of days.
    Tonight, I will take some more at the awards ceremony.

    Congrats to all!!!
