Wouldn't the centrifugal have more potential for s/c wheels etc. Rather than the $2,000 pulley kit that are on the market for you guys right now that increases problems and some guys have only reported .5 mph gains? Centrifugals seem to have more top-end potential but the roots type is suppose to have better holeshot but also suffer from belts popping often. The centrifugal might have clutch issues also there are pro's and cons to all.

Next product they make should be a turbocharged ski if they could or a different supercharger

wouldnt a turbocharger have too much lag on a ski this heavy? I think that is why they went with the roots for the bottom end punch on a very heavy ski. The belt is a pain though, i agree. I just put a new one on and yesterday it was slipping again.

This is true also the roots helps this hull get up on plane easier by having a good holeshot I was just thinking out loud about the top-end on these bikes.

Depends which turbocharger they put on, as i have seen jet worx turbo is very responsive. The 15f hull is lighter than the ultra's hull i think so it wouldn't be all that heavy. Probably kick off 100 - 200 pounds i would think.
    Belts suck. end of story

the OEM charger IS faster from a dead stop out of the hole,
as there is NO lag, that just the way it is with Positive displacement blowers, not like turbo and centrifugal types

Does Kawi need to make another ski? I think they should get rid of the 15f now and make something small and powerful with a new hull that is great for cc racing and a good competitor offshore cause the fz is killing in cc now and is a very good competitor but the Ultra is fine.. best offshore bike out.
