    The cam set up will skew the boost numbers, that head is going to make that ski a monster. Remember the sc doesn't create the pressure, only flow. Pressure is a result of resistance to flow.

    Gus I would like a little more info on this subject.

    It makes since that's why he has always said at 18 lb charger with billet cams makes more power then a 24lb charger with stock cams. Think of what a 24 lb charger with billet cams at 9500+ feels like!!!!

    My next question is why so much p to w clearance for your cooling? Seems like if u r running more cooling the block is not going to expand as much which would in since wouldn't need that much? Curious on this..

    thanks Scott, the pump has not been narrowed down yet still got 1 more combo to try but last weekend I tried Jerry's pump (with the special tailcone) out and HOLY MOTHERFUCKER!!!! is all I can say, it was more than awesome. Waiting to try a 162m dual impeller for both the seadoo setups.

    The ski started the year with a stock 10v seadoo pump 159m dual impeller and than switched over to the Rotax Racing 159 16v seadoo pump with the same impeller. Last month put my 159m Rotax Racing yami pump in and had it workin very well till I tried the new Skat 14v 160 single impeller which was out running the Rotax yami setup. Jerry sent me his pump and blew all the other pumps out of the water so with all these changes it got better and better. I got more pumps than Carters got pills lol

    1) Seadoo 10v oem with Solas 15/22 159 bent+++
    2) Rotax Racing seadoo 16v 159 with solas 15/22 bent+++
    3) Rotax Racing yami 16v 159 with 16/27
    4) Skat yami 14v 160 with single 17/28
    5) Jerry's master of disaster pump
    6) still need to try 162m Solas 4blade in either seadoo pump's

    the 2013 limited is the only ski Ill bring Im pretty sure

    Hows your ski runnin? better than last Hydro's? cause it looked damn good...

    Yes, the motor has become so efficient by getting air in and out that the pressure cant keep up with the volume so it falls behind.

    I have built a billet camed, 9.5 motor for a customer that is having the same problem, it is a SS boat with a ET billet 24 that only boost 250kpa at 9750rpm's...

    I should have have said mid 6's because is alittle more accurate but it is due to warmer water, higher rpm's and gas ported pistons. My cooling diagram keeps most 85deg lake water 175deg when fully warm...

    A guy does have a 9.5 fz motor with the 408 cams and it is a scary scary ride, it pulls way harder than the white turbo did last year at the hydro's along with this limited, the 2013 limited is quicker to 60 than the last years turbo and almost the same in the complete 700ft we test at.
    7.11sec 0to700ft. Those times were made with the Skat 160 14v dual impeller...
