what does the green goo mean also?

The filters are inside the carbs. You would find them if you disassemble them to clean. Search for Tempo and you will find out about the green goop.

so can i go to auto zone or a boat place i dont know but ill blow air through the hoses and get back with all thanks for all the help man.

my hoses are grey does that mean tempo

Item #9 in the diagram is the internal filter/strainer Beerdart is talking about.
The pics show the green goo. It starts forming at the brass fittings, and it will clog the strainers. Blowing the lines out won't net good results.

Have a look here;
Polaris Domestic (red) engine
Any decent quality 1/4" inside diameter fuel line will do the job.

ok i put new fuel lines on and inline filters and tryed to start it i only saw fuel coming through onw of the lines so i took the thing out of the tank its long metal thing and put it back in the tank and then tryed to start it and fuel was coming through now so i dont know what it need now

my 2000 slh also recently ran like poo, so i took the carbs out and turns out one of the screws that holds the jet block to the body of the carb was off restricting the needle from delivering fuel. give that a shot. the carb cleaner trick will only work within the throat of the carb.
