Id go the other way. Rear exhaust with the stock water box. Anything louder with the exhaust exit in the pump tunnel will sound really bad. That pump tunnel is kind of a megaphone

Don’t bother with the free flow. It sounds awful. I rode a GP with the free flow and it annoyed the hell out of me. Do the rear exit if you want to get rid of the factory exhaust. It sounds good...

i bet it’s the throttle body mount. Pull the intake manifold and have a look. Wouldn’t be a bad idea to replace the mount with one of the billet pieces anyways

This sounds completely plausible to me. I replaced that throttle body mount as one of the first things I did to my ski when it was new

SVHO engines require a minimum of 91 octane fuel. Says so in the owners manual and the decal on the machine near the fuel fill

It is a little louder but not annoying by any means
