Found the issue. It was one of the earth that goes into the MPEM. Now sorted. Thanks for all the advice.

Yes all the fuses are perfect. checked all of them. The 2 fuses in the e box and the 3 fuses in the MPEM. And the 5 amp fuse not blown either.
