    I'm afraid to say that it's not looking good. The starter would not normally be engaged unless the bendix is wadded up. Best guess is either wadded up flywheel/stator, or seized crank.

    You need to measure injector volts while cranking. Should be around 20VDC. The "kill" signal to the EMM is global, it shuts off the EMM entirely.
