What I did to make sure the hose never pops off is I used t bolt clamps. They look a little like v bands and you tighten them way tighter than a regular hose clamp478982

On some of the riva tunes they manage to use the 2 bar sensor with bigger wheels making well over 14.7 psi. So if Jesus says 2 bar then use a 2 bar. If he says 3 bar then use a 3 bar.

You could add a fuel pressure gauge but itís not worth it. Just buy a new fuel pump, theyíre not that expensive and I replaced mine in a couple hours.

Itís probably the fuel pump. After 250 hours the pumps can lose power and that could be causing your stalling and longer cranking times.

Thereís a chance itís leaking from the backside of the outlet so try your best to wrap the towel completely around the outlet and see what happens.

There isnít much smoke considering itís running on the hose so I wouldnít worry about that. By any chance do you see any oil in the hull.

Seeing as it doesnít leak oil into the hull my best guess is that there may have been scoring in one of the cylinder walls that you missed while rebuilding the engine.
