    It doesn't look bad enough to cause 8800 rpm and only 72 mph. Try with the new impeller be it 22 or 19 but if any of those get close to those RPMs it should be a 80mph ski.

    Check your wear ring, 8800 rpm and only 72 something is wrong.

    As for new impeller, I would switch to a Solas 15/19 which should get you to about 80 mph with the 137+4 wheel at about 8800 rpm.
