You swapped out the 12mm bolt that secures it for a shorter one yeah? Pretty sure you have to or else the original bottoms out

Haha I know exactly what your describing. Id try an aftermarket pump cone. That will fix the cavitation. You will find tho that your rpm will drop and you may have to repitch the prop to get them...

94 hours on mine and no issues. There are a few of us here in aus running them now.
Stock clutches were lasting 18-20hrs on average.
Its a no brainer in my opinion. No more ruined days on the water.

Remove the thermostat delete and put your stock thermostat back in. I think you will find that is the problem. Your engine is not reaching proper operating temperature.

You can remove the anode (#11) quite easily without removing anything else. I do it when I run extra cooling on skis. Just remove and inspect. It's the larger bolt you need to undo with the 12mm head.

A heap more clutches have broken over the years than chains mate. In terms of sales you would sell a HEAP more clutches than chains.

Put another 5 hours of hard riding on the clutch on Sunday with no issues. I am going on holidays for a week shortly so I should do Atleast another 15hrs and will report back.

The buzzer is located in front of the handle bars. U will need to remove the plastic shrouds around them to get access to it.
To test that the buzzer is at fault follow the wire back from the buzzer...

If what they say is true then that's a fair testament that it actually works.

Set it to 720 and wrap it around the number 1 coil pack. I just cut the ground wire off and didn't bother with it. Works fine. Should show about 1250rpm at idle. Cheers

Yeah sure is. Ski bounces bad with the r&d plate. I have a jims cut plate on its way to hopefully fix this issue. I also have a custom air intake to install at the same time.
