Just wanted to update and say I fixed my issue finally!
The factory shop manuals really helped so thanks a lot to RXP-SWE!!

I narrowed the problem down to related to the Relay and wiring....

I have to tip my hat to you Spark guys. My RXT is like riding on the sofa compared to the Spark. BUT you Spark guys can turn like nothing else on the water!!
