Drill them out with a 1/8 drill bit and install a main jet in the front carb return nipple. An M5 tap should do the trick. I'm not sure off the top of my head what size main jet you should use for...

The higher port timed cylinders will not require a 20+ jump on the main with the factory single pipe. Thanks for your advice but I'll adjust what I have.
