    rxpx300 intermediate cooler mounting

    People tried and got high temp oil alarms.

    The oil cooler for the 260 was not sufficient for the 300 block.
    But there was no space in the hull to install a larger oil cooler on the 300 engine.

    Cut the bellow and break the carbon ring.
    Then tap/hammer the hat towards the aft to expose and remove C-clip.
    Then the hat has to come off...

    Check your IC also again.
    Those rpm numbers are exactly the ones I’ve experienced with leak ones.
    Your wear ring / prop should be ok as your missing rpm’s and speed, not only speed.

    The 2 brackets on the hull should be aligned better. I have mine installed myself and remember to have them close as possible. That the rack fits between when holding the red lock.
    I never lost it...
  7. If you use the black 3/4 outlets from GH store...

    If you use the black 3/4 outlets from GH store you can just push the garden hose in there.

    Clamp of the small 3/8 hose from exhaust manifold to waterbox and you can do it with engine stopped.
