    I did not remove motor. took out motor mounts bolts and shims, marked where they go, and then lifted motor and slide forward.

    did what I needed, and then slid back, put shims back and torqued...

    Yes. once I fixed this on that ski my leaks stopped. never had a issue, ran it for a season and then I sold it once I bought this SVHO I have now.

    Got coupler and midnshaft pressed out as one...

    Got coupler and midnshaft pressed out as one peace.

    pulled seals and C Clips (to re use C clips), and removed one alignment pin, and greas nipple. One alignment pin is now smashed.. oh well....

    All yamaha parts.
    housing, bearing, 2 o rings and 3 oil seals.. will re use the clips and bolts. Hopefully can get it all pressed out and in with coupler on shaft.

    Hmm that’s a super good point that hose is right...

    Hmm that’s a super good point that hose is right there too... but the check valve should stop that .. granted they go bad. But also the check is higher then the water line. So it should not flow up...
