FYI, I did try blowing into the return port into the regulator to see if it was open and it definitely has resistance. I couldn't blow air through it. Didn't try with my air compressor.

Put fresh battery in and checked compression and all cylinders are 150....

I have a running 2004 MSX140. I can swap the EMM from the 2003 into it. I assume I shouldn't run it much due to the injector programming issues.

Hello all. Just picked up an extremely clean 2003 MSX140 with a bad motor. Clean as in it has been garaged it's whole life and has little to no scratched or dings. Also freshwater and 128 hours.

No Instructions on the backing. It is adhesive glue on the back of the label though.

Thanks. Just to be clear, you also coat the surface with soapy water first then position the decal on the hull.

So pull the backing page off with the glue/adhesive exposed and place with soapy water. The adhesive will then stick once water and soap dries?
