Any chance you have a fuel pressure gauge ?
Are you sure the ecu is the correct one ?
Have you assured the gauge is married to the ecu ?

I mean, does it look like anyone has been in the ski ever ? Or all stock unmolested still has factory paint markings on bolts ?

retest compression.
I have had countless times with very low Comp. Run ski 20-30 seconds and it all goes to dead even.

I just today had a machine that when testing spark on each cool it sparked. When coils were in the head, they were no longer allowing spark.

Try putting only the wear ring alone into the freeEr.

If it's a FIRE hose constant then you know it's blown.
If it's a tiny bit at first then clears up, probably condensation.

they have intercoolers, so appears to be 215HP.
Pull that shroud off the engine, and post a picture of the ECU's lets see which they are that should tell us a lot.
