you can use the reeds off an 05-06 fusion snowmobile.they are a w shaped reed and will work better than the stock ones.they can be purchased used off e bay.people are always changing them out on sleds

warm it all up with heat gun.put some lube on it and twist and push with your hand.it will go in

when hose was pinched off pressure was 25-30.this was a gauge that reads in 5 lb graduations up to 500 psi.it could be a little off
