Hmm ok, it would have been so much easier if the whole clutch was broken into pieces. It feels a bit sketchy buying a new clutch for $499 and then it turns out that problem remains :P

Yeah I just removed the supercharger and checked the gear. It’s slightly ”spoungie”, when moving it backwards. But I’m not sure if it’s enough to cause this trouble. What do you think?

Thank you for the tip, I will have a look this weekend. I’m not sure what oil the ski is running since it’s not my ski. I’m troubleshooting it for a friend of mine.

Well I’m affraid that new spark plugs did not do the trick. Ski runs great when cold and revs 8k, them after a few laps it slowly gets worse. The video is from about 5 minutes of riding.

Well, I’ve raced 2-strokes for many many years so I’m totally confident when dealing with them engines. 4-strokes is new ground:) Thank’s for taking time and supporting :D

So i got a new set of sparkplugs today, but when I removed the spark plug caps, one of the housing was filled with water. All the way up to the top of the spark plug. Bad o-rings under the top?

Oh really? No I never thought of the plugs, seemed like a way too easy solution �� I’ll give it a go tomorrow! Thank’s!

Ok so the intercooler is preassure tested both with air and in water with the hose separated from throttle body. No air leak and no water coming from hose.
