    There is no way you can install a proper high...

    There is no way you can install a proper high pressure marine grade fuel filter for $13.... It has a filter in the tank that is plenty sufficient for the job.

    Swap the dead cylinder's injector and coil over to other cylinders and see if the problem moves with them.

    I have the complete Riva stage 2 on my 20' fx and it's stuck like glue at 79mph in neutral trim position. The only adverse handling I saw was bone stock at 70 mph the rear seemed to move around a bit.
