Have you tried a bigger pump vs your current setup? I don't have an impeller for the 155 pump yet so don't want to fork out unless it's a worth while experiment.

That was what I was thinking... but have read on GH skis doing over 100mph running 155 so thinking there is something someone has proven with the 155? The theory says 170 is better all day.
