For one simple reason it's easy to use and comes complete. The data logger from V-tech is a pain.
For simple adding and subtracting fuel the software is real easy. Even Bob could use it. Lol

Air box on the left RXP-X 2014 with big air horns and no paper filter. Well designed box with no filter.
Air box on the right FX SHVO 2015 restrictive and a paper filter. Makes the after market...

Like I said on some ski's just an air intake works well. Just not on the Doo...

On a stock machine it does nothing even lightly moded. Tested and confirmed.
Now on the Yamaha worth every penny.

The stock air box flows good. The 4" kana flex would be a waste of money and time...

From service stand point this would work well....

Had the same problem on my 15 FX. Found part of my kids flip flop stuck in the pump. It wasn't much but did what your describing.

It's mainly from a stop the FX pulls ahead quick and maintains the lead. From a role on it's a little closer.

Agreed the RXP-X stays hooked better but it's like being on rails and can be a little...

There was something wrong with FX. I have both of these ski's the FX (2015) is quicker and out runs my rxp-x (2014) on the top end. Stock for stock. Its close but the fx is always one and half ski's...

It's less amazing when you realize its partly due to the the built-in restrictions in the stock ECU.

With a conservative timing tune a couple MPH max. That was my result on a 2014 RXP all stock.

Well I hope I didn't make a mistake. Just sold my 2014 GTI 215 and purchased a 2015 FX Cruiser SVHO.

I rarely drove the GTI but the wife complained it chimed back and forth when towing the kids....
