    Chesapeake Bay callout

As proof that you're never too old to be immature, this Sunday a lime green RXT-X was playing around in the South River and zoomed past me while I was giving the nephews a ride and I want a rematch. ...

    SOLD Stock GP1800 parts

Just checking before these go into the pile for a dump run this weekend. Any interest in the stock prop, ride plate, or intake grate for a 2017 GP1800? All in very good condition, just been sitting...

FS Watcon flywheel puller - $50

Cleaning out the garage and probably haven't used this in ten years. It's a solid piece that could pass for almost new and works like a charm. I have bolts for it that fit my old Yamahas, but can't...
  4. Sticky: View Post

I thought about that, and we’ll keep that in the back pocket. With the skis on a trailer there’s maybe once or twice a summer that’d be handy. If we can find a reasonably priced lift to keep them on...

Oh well. Around here it's impossible to find anything over 89 octane on the water so it's not worth the bother, then. And thanks, I must've been looking in the wrong place or not been quite awake...

All three. The app and box info was pretty much the same as the non-low octane tune, the tuning library in Riva's site doesn't list the tune at all. I take the web tuning library information with a...

Plugged in the MaptunerX this morning and received a notice about a new low octane tune. Downloaded it to the box, but the requirements page didn't have any specifics. Does anyone know how low of...

Combined price of the new housing is quite a bit cheaper than the old pump, which is a nice break. Driveshaft part number is the same. Bearing part numbers are different. Impeller part number bumped...

WTB - Parts WTB - R-12X exhaust manifold

Exhaust manifolds are on backorder, and I'd rather get this done now than have to store the ski half taken apart. Let me know if you have one!

Try PMing NitroShark. He used to make ride plates for the F12X, not sure if he’s still making them. SuperJim may be able to modify your stock ride plate for better performance, but don’t remember if...

The Solas Concord 17/29 (HA-CD-1729) would be a replacement for the stock impeller. The top speed will be about the same as the stock prop in good condition but with better acceleration. The Solas...

Yep. The turbo anode is checked every year, and replaced a few years ago at 150 hours. The same time I replaced it I figured it was about time to check and clean the manifold anode too. It looked...

I can't upload the fun video from the endoscope, so here's a still grab. You can see part of the hole in the manifold in upper right, and a crack that leads from there to stream of water. When...

Well, I think I found the problem. Looks like a nice size hole in the outer jacket of the manifold. New one ordered, but they’re “on hold” from Honda.

On a side note, never mention to your wife...

    Honda R12X water leak

While drying the Honda out from a couple of the kids' friends sinking it on Labor Day  I noticed water dripping from the exhaust (right) side of the engine. I've taken the side panels off...

Had somebody ask about this so decided to bump the thread. I'm tired of using the unopened box this thing came in as a shelf in the garage!

Riva ride plate speedo screw holes

Just a heads up about minor nit to pick with my Riva GP1800 ride plate: the speedo sensor screw hole threads were either so fouled with powder coating or possibly tapped wrong that I couldn’t get any...

You are correct, but folks drilled and tapped set screws and the nose cone on the HO pumps and it still robbed RPMs.

GP1800 Solas nose cone or no?

What's the verdict? In the old days the Solas nose cone just walked up the driveshaft and robbed RPMs. Are folks still leaving it off on the SVHO 160MM pumps or is it now better to install it?
  22. FS - Parts Brand new Worx GP1800/VXR intake grate - $200 + shipping

Bought it for an offshore setup but I've decided to go in a different direction, brand new and never removed from the box. I'll throw in a quart of 3M fiberglass resin for doing your own void plugs...
