take the top of the F/A so you can look down into...
take the top of the F/A so you can look down into the carb. start it up and check to see if the carb is dribbling out the center venturi common issue with these.

You have to have a kawi lanyard they are a little...
You have to have a kawi lanyard they are a little wider in the slot than the Yami ones. I bought a universal lanyard that had three different sizes on it, I just cut the two off that I didn't need.

I would say the needle is staying open this can happen when the return orifices clog in the carb body, the fuel pressure increases and causes the needle valve to stick open.
