    No sending unit......let me guess, yours cracked open on top and is spewing gas into the hull??

    I've seen this before when doubling the check valve behind the jet cover. Try removing one. I also set my 65u 1200's up at around 45psi popoff.

    I've had the 760 machines do this a few times....

    I've had the 760 machines do this a few times. Check stator output voltage while running.....then increase throttle and watch AC voltage. If it DROPS as you increase throttle then the stator is bad....

    Once they are adjusted correctly there's no need to mess with them anymore. If you are constantly having to make adjustments then you have deeper issues like air leaks or fuel supply issues.
