    Is your thermostat installed still? Try restricting the pisser out of the oil cooler. If the engine temps are lowered the oil must be kept hot or it will not cook out contaminates.

    I have experience going from a 155 pump to a 160 pump on an FZR and the pitch needed on the 160 is much less vs the 155 given all things equal.
